Using Pin_D3 with LCD.C

Does anyone know how to configure port D so I can use D3 while using the LCD.C driver?

The easiest way is to use a driver that talks to individual pins.
It doesn't affect any pins except the ones used by the LCD,
so you can do whatever you want with the spare pins on a port.
