HI, I am a little confused with the xtal/clock speed, I would like to use the 8mg internal clock and the 4xPLL to get 32mg clock. will this work with RTOS or do I need to clock higher ++40mg

Yes I tried it on a 18F1230 micro on 8mg, works OK.
