PLL Configuration Question

Hi,

I want to use PLL or H4 in my design with a 18F8722, which the right OSC Configuration for this: Cristal Oscillator (OSC1 & OSC2) or External Clock. And which is the right configuration in the FUSES?. I need to know if exist another important point for that work ok?.
