CCS w/UltraEdit Chip Programming
PostPosted: Thu Jan 26, 2006 3:52 pm     Reply with quote

I have CCS configured with ultraEdit and I want to be able to download the compiled code to my chip using my programmer. The programmer is an olimex pic start + compatible. I tried ICD.exe but it wont connect. I assume this is because its not an ICD programmer(it doesn't program using ICSP?).

Thanks

Matt

under advanced/tool config/command line I have
C:\Program Files\PICC\Icd.exe -T"%p%n.hex"
for the CCS icd. Does this help?

You will have to find the command line param for omulux
and map something out simmular
Looks like this software might work with the picstart+
