How to work with PIC_downloader Bootloader ?

Hi
I am working with PIC16F877 , and this is my first time with boot loaders and I am trying to work with the PIC_downloader boot loader.

I have burn the boot loader to the MCU ; and when I am using the test code that come with the PIC_downloader it worked grate.

But when I am trying to download my own code to the MCU I am getting "Writing error !" message.

I have added the next lines to my code :

Code:
#ORG 0x1F00,0x1FFF //for the 8k 16F876/7
 void loader() { }


and it compile ok, but still I cant down load a code to the MCU.

Dose any one can explain me what should I do (a small sample code will be great)

It may be that the bootloater has LVP enabled. In this case you have to ensure that RB4 is no floating or not putting the PIC in LVP mode. The alternative is to disable LVP in the bootloader.
