How to set "18f6622" Rs232
PostPosted: Tue Dec 27, 2005 8:16 am     Reply with quote

Dear everybody

Excuse me!

Did somebody know about the PIC(18F6622) prot B 's Rx pin enable or disable address?

I know the prot A 's Rx enable or disable address is 0xFAB, so we can set CREN =0xFAB.4 and control Rx's enable/disable.

But anybody knows the prot B 's Rx pin enable or disable address ?

[PIC(18F6622) use PIN_G1 and PIN_G2 to set Rs232 port B.]

Thanks for your help!

Best wish!

For questions like this you have to study the datasheet for your PIC model, these can be downloaded from the microchip website.

In the datasheet for the PIC18F6x2x you find table 4-2 on page 52:
RCSTA2 = 0xF6B
