Communication protocol help

Hi, has anyone made an attempt to write a program(driver) for communication thru DLMS/COSEM? serial 2-wire.
Or could one use a TCP/IP protocol and rework it?
This also containes different layers...
Has also anyone an idea of how much memory such a driver would take?
Any help greatfully accepted Confused
