blinking LED for pic18f4455 hex file please

Can someone post a blinking LED hex file for pic18f4455? I believe I'm doing something wrong and I would like to test a proven blinking led program. I'm trying to find out where my problem is at?

Chip: pic18f4455
Clock: 20mhz CR
pin: B7 or any

it was the fuses in mplab that was causing the problem, I can get the c18 hexs to work atleast, still nothing from ccs. atleast its not the hardware.
