Master and Slave devices on RS232

Is there any tutorials/sample code for running a master PIC communicating with slave PICs across RS232? - using an ID for desired slave PIC...

Look at these CCS example and driver files:

c:\Program Files\Picc\Examples\EX_RS485.C

I recomend MODBUS protocol. There is code posted in this forum that can get you started.
