Warp13 => PIC16F877 protoboard cable

I have a CCS PIC16F877 prototyping board with a 6 pin "ICD" jack, and I want to program it with my Warp13a programmer with a 5 pin Molex on it. Does anyone know the pinout of the cabe to go between them?
I did it a few years ago so I am pretty sure it is just a cable but the nomenclature is confusing me.

I recomend spending the 75$ at digikey for an icd-u. It's a good value.

The ICD headder is
1 MCLR
2 Vdd
3 Vss
4 PGD
5 PGC
6 -
