Just received my ACE Kit, PCWH compiler. What next?

I just received my ACE Kit and Compiler and a couple of other disks. I am new to this and was a little surprised at the lack of documentation.
1. Where to start......what needs to be installed and in what order?
2. I supposedly recieved the PCWH compiler but see nothing on any of the CDs referring to that particular compiler. What am I missing?
3. What is meant by a command line compiler.....This implies to me a DOS type of interface.
4. Will I be able to program the flash micros with this setup?
Once through this part, there will be more to come.

Hi Jim,
Probably no one has answered because we don't own the ACE kit,
and so we don't know exactly what comes with it. It might be that
CCS expects you to download the latest version of PCWH, and then
they'll email you the license files. If you have questions, you should
call their tech support -- you'll get a faster response than with an email.
