hi
i would like to know how i can increase the frequency for d pwm waveform to 50khz.i am using pic16f877

There is this thing called a datasheet. In it, there is a section on the PWM with some equations and examples. Read it and you will know how to setup the PWM for that frequency with you clock speed which of course you didn't give which of course it vital to the calculation.
