Hi!

Can i use GLCD for this type od display ( im using 4 digit, 23 segments ) ?
If i can, then can someone give me some example for multiplexing ?

This are avaliable options for 16F9XX:

Static (COM0) 23
1/2 (COM1:COM0) 46
1/3 (COM2:COM0) 69
1/4 (COM3:COM0) 92

Thanx in advance

I wasn't aware that Microchip made "F" versions of those chips.
I looked on their web page and they say they're all "future products".
I looked on http://www.digikey.com (a mail-order distributor) and
they don't even list them at all.

When I did an LCD product (four 7-segment digits), I used the National
MM5453V controller. It operates in "static" mode (ie., no multiplexing).
There are other LCD controllers available, if you do a web search.

Hi !
For PCM Programmer > http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/41244B.pdf
this is the link for 914/917(44pins) products..

The LCD
-------------------
I have basicly the similar questions regarding this type od displays,
but for now im using 4 digit 7 segment LED display.
Q.
1.) How to control each segment individualy( eg. first digit, a,f,b,g) ?

2.) Why is that that wenn i write printf(lcd_putc,"11.05"); i get
displayed 1 in all four digits and then 5 and then 1. and at last 0. ?
Im using port B (from 7 - 0 )

3.) If i have to use more segments ( like im last post ) what would you suggest?
