ICD-U40 reserved RAM & ROM resources?
Posted: Thu Feb 17, 2005 9:38 am
The Microchip ICD2 reserves a small part of ROM and RAM for use by the debugger, how is this for the ICD-U40?
The amount of RAM & ROM usage for the ICD2 varies on the target processor used, the exact amount can be found in the electronic help pages in MPLAB.
Does anybody know where I can find similar documentation for the ICD-U40?

These resources are used by the debugger inside the PIC. They should vary between ICD's. If you look in the datasheet, it should tell what resources are consumed.

Let me rephrase my question:
Where can I get the ICD-U40 documentation?
