Port G & F
PostPosted: Tue Oct 26, 2004 1:27 pm     Reply with quote

Port G & F are digital ports multiplexed with peripherals.

It is a little confusing to me how to set them all up for digital I/O.

In my codes, if I just set up TRIS and LAT registers, it some times work, but not always

Thanks for your time!

Also, since I use

setup_adc(NO_ANALOGS);

and do not enable any comparators, shouldn't all F&G port be set up as digital IO correctly?

I added these to my initialization codes, and still have the problem

setup_adc(NO_ANALOGS);
setup_ccp1(CCP_OFF);
setup_ccp2(CCP_OFF);
setup_ccp3(CCP_OFF);
setup_ccp4(CCP_OFF);
setup_ccp5(CCP_OFF);
