Analog to Digital conversion on PIC16F873
PostPosted: Wed Oct 20, 2004 8:09 am     Reply with quote

Hello!

We are tow guys that are currently working on a school project and we need to make an ADC on the PIC16F873 with the CC5X compiler. We have been looking some into this forum, but it looks like you guys is using other compilers for the most and that code seems somewhat different then the code that we need in our project.

So we was wondering if anybody here had an example of a ADC on the CC5X compiler or if you could direct us to a webpage that has some examples on this operation.

Thank you for your time.

As a seperate comment. Well done both of you, for asking the question clearly, and directly.
There is a tendency, for quite a few 'school projects', to lead to questions on this (and other) groups, and nothing is more annoying, than having posters who 1) are not prepared to do any research themselves, and 2) will not admit that it is a school project....
You question is well phrased, asks what you want to know, and is on the correct group (since it is the 'differences' about the CCS way of doing things that you are interested in).
Good Luck in getting it working.

Best Wishes
