compiling problem |

dear friends
If I use MPLAB IDE ver:6.61 for the code below (LCD.C included ), I get an error.
but compiling with the MPLAB ver: 5.70 , no error & problem.
Everything goes fine...
What should I do to use MPLAB IDE ver:6.61 with no error !

My guess is that the compiler is not set up properly. Did you install the plug in (it might be included in the later MPLAB). There are 2 choices for the compiler. Choose the one that lists the devices. |

I found only one plug-in file on the CCS site.
What is the other one that you mentioned ?
I use the plug in for MPLAB 6 installation.

There is only 1 plug in. However, when you choose the tool suite there are 2 CCS options.
Someone asked what error. It is kind of hard to tell you what the problem might be without you telling us the error! |
