i have only one question
what is wrong in this code

movlw   0x07D               
movwf  TMR0


i want that the timer 0 start by 125

By glancing at it, i think you should write:

movlw 0x7D instead of movlw 0x07D

W is an 8-bit register. Perhaps your leading '0' is what is hurting you.
