| #fuses WDT won't change wdt for MPLAB |

| #fuses hs works ok, but #fuses wdt has no effect on the wdt configuration bit set by MPLAB. Likewise with brownout, power up timer. Why? I'm using a pic 16f87a and a CCS PCM compiler. |

All you need is:
#fuses hs, wdt, brownout, put
That should change all configuration bits when you import it into MPLAB |

One possibility, would be the setting in MPLAB, under 'configure', 'settings', 'Program loading'. There is an option here, that will clear the configuration bits whenever a program is loaded, and this will override the fuses from CCS.

| If you are using the ICD then WDT is not allowed and MPLAB will turn it off. |

| Tried #fuses noput. Likewise that didn't work, with the programmer set to picstart and load config bits on prog loading disabled. Which file shows the state of the config bits? |
