Undocumented CCS functions?

I want to know how to use the
SETUP_OSCILLATOR() function mentioned in the release notes of version 3.179, but I can't find any documentation of it since the .pdf manual is older. Where do I find the descriptions of newer functions that are not yet documented in the manual?
