Recommendation of DIY ICSP programmer and PC software for PI |

Dear all,
Are there any good DIY ICSP programmer for PIC16F876? I know bootloader is a good choice for reprogramming the mcu, but I need a programmer to put the bootloader in, so...............
Would someone help?

I'm not certain what DIY is, but for a basic ICSP programmer, check out the EPIC programmer from microEngineering Labs. Check the link below.

"Do It Yourself". He wants to build a programmer from parts (but you are right, there are lot of programmers for an affordable price...)
