PICSTART Plus Instructions ?

I have a PICSTART Plus programmer but no manual.
I've never used this programmer.
I have MPLAB 5.11 on my machine.

I need to program a 16f84 but don't have driver for the PICSTART (is this still needed even though my MPLAB shows PICSTART Plus among items in its menu bar?)

I need instructions to successfully program a 16f84.

Anyone who can tell me the simple steps (also configure the PICSTART Plus)?

The drivers for the PICStart are included in the MPLab software. The info on how to install and use (manuals etc) is found here:
