problem installing pcw

Hello,

When I try to install pcw version 3.180 on a windows xp system I get the following error:

Access viloation at address 00467a18 in module 'Ccsc.exe'. Read of address 00000000.

It pops up when the installer gets to the checking registration files screen. Any ideas as to why?

Some XP related problems were fixed in later versions. This might be related to what you are seeing. I would contact their customer service and ask them directly.
