Hi ! I need to find AC converter to convert 120VAC 60HZ to 230VAC 50HZ 5AMP I need this to test electronics and motor at 50HZ Do you have idee where a can buy this on the web ? Thanks

Seriously, you are talking heavy money to do this...
The easiest route for small items, is to get a DC-AC inverter. The problem is that for 5A/230v out, the inverter will cost about $1000. Normally a lot of equipment doesn't mind about the frequency of the supply, and in these cases a simple 'autotransformer' is used.
Many of the companies who do 'offline' UPS systems, do over voltage and frequency converter assemblies (try 'Behlman' - Their P1350 module is what we use to test kit for other countries for exactly this reason), but if this is a 'one off' test, it'd be cheaper to hire the unit...
