New forums

There are two new forums.
The first has been around for a while a 'Best of' forum.
The second is a new 'Known issues' forum.

Please contact the moderators with suggestions for threads that
should be placed in either of these.

As a comment to posters, realise this the 'General CCS C Discussion' forum
we are in here is not the only forum. Click on 'CCS Forum Index' left of this,
and you will get a directory of the other forums. Most are small and
contain special things, but the Code Library' in particular has hundreds
of quite 'vital' bits of code. In particular for LCD's, PCM Programmers
'flex lcd' program, and for I2C, his bus scanner. These should really be
part of everybody's 'toolkit' for the PIC.
