The first chip had a memory error at location 0X0141, I repaced it and the new chip progammed OK...
Later when I started using the new chip, I found TRISC bit 7 is stuck as OUTPUT !
Arrrrrrgh! what is it with these LF chips.... !
Anyone else had problems with them at 3.3V ?
I was thinking of trying a regular pic18F252 at 3.3V !
If anyone has any experience witht he PIC18LF series I'd appreciate some feedback.

I haven't had any problems for quite a while with the 18LF452 chips. I don't know if that helps any. The problems I did have were programming related -> can't perform bulk erase when using ICSP at 3.3V, so I needed to ensure code protect was off (and CSS was generating the fuse bits incorrectly at the time).
I did try a few regular 18F452 chips at 3.3V. None worked.

I tried a regular PIC18F252 and it worked fine at room temperature, but may not handle extreems.
I changed the crystal and the oscillator is running much better, i think choice of crystal (series type) is more importnat at lowere Voltage.
