Is this a bad one or ICD2 problems
PostPosted: Sun Feb 01, 2004 10:47 pm     Reply with quote

Programming 0x0000 to 0X100F everything works, and verifies OK.

When I use more of the chip 0X0000 to 0X300F it fails to vewrify location
0X114 every time.

The error message:

ICD0161: Verify failed (MemType = Program, Address = 0x114, Expected Val = 0xEF80, Val Read = 0x80)

I tried earsing the part

Erasing Target Device...
...Erase Succeeded

And then reading it

Reading...
...Program Memory (0x0 - 0x7FFF)
.. Config Memory
...Read Succeeded

However the program memory is showing 0000 for everything above 0X0200 !

01F0 FFFF FFFF FFFF FFFF FFFF FFFF FFFF FFFF
0200 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000

Memory settings for protection are all disabled.

Any idea what the problem is ?
