| I bought a PCWHD license in 2016, now my computer has died, how can I recover the application? |

If you have your customer reference number then ccs support might be able to help you.
That's my guess anyway. |

Easiest way is log into your mail account on another PC and search for the email that has the PCWH program attachment and License file attachment, I have done that before, if you can, i use gmail but i'm sure whatever email system you use I would have thought you can do the same.
And save them on a flashdrive, i have 1 specific flash drive for all my software and license downloads as well as using online cloud account. |

| Just contact them. Tell them when you bought the license, your name, the email address you have used with them before. They will, in all likelihood, help. |
