I want to load a version of a program (into a PIC24FV32KA301) where I can interactively set some internal EEPROM values in the PIC. I then want to load a different version of the program but not overwrite the internal EEPROM values that were previously written.
I know CCSLOAD has an option to uncheck the Data EEPROM before programming but when I do this, I get a verification error. I don't get the verification error when allowing the programmer to erase both program and internal EEPROM spaces.
What am I doing wrong? How do I do this?
CCSLOAD V5.038 with V3.21 firmware.
Thanks.
