I believe you cannot have a ver 5.x and a ver 6.x of MPLab on the same drive. But is it possible to have two different versions of ver 5.x on your hard drive?

I'm still using ver 5.4, but need to go to ver 5.74 to use it with the 12F629. Or should I disengage the time warp and just load ver 6.x?

you Can have to different versions of 5.x and 6.x.
