Bootloader for 18F2xK50 HID

I have projects with 18F14K50, 18F25K50 and 18F45K50.
They are all USB HID devices and are programmed by a ICD3.

Is it possible to implement a bootloader?
I am asking since the bootloader uses a CDC class as far as I have seen and I wonder if there may be conflicts.
