Capture H_TO_L and L_TO_H for the output

Hi all,

I want to capture H_to_L.
But when the finish H_TO_L, the output must be driven off.
And when the finish L_To_H, the output must be driven on.
I just would like to create on/off output.
I have used two timers, Timer0 and Timer1.

Could you please help me? (below picture)
