Anybody with a driver for 32x16 DMD(dot matrix display)

hi all,
I have searched through internet didnt see a driver for 32x16 dot matrix display except for that of arduino which is C++ based and not really easy to translate the code to C compatible with ccs compiler.

Maybe post a link to the Ardunio code as it's really not that hard to 'crosscode'.
Also post a link to the display itself, especially the pinout, timing, etc. that should be on the datasheet.
