Dear friends do someone knows with a wireless module similar to HC-11 with AT Commands but using 2.4Ghz to have smaller antenna to be interfaced with pic 8-bit? The range of 200m is sufficient |

RFDIGITAL make quite a few, can easily get over 1Km with a coin cell battery. One of those you get what you pay for +-$100 a unit.

Could you use a WiFi module?

Dear friends,
Thanks for your input. Regarding the suggestion offered for the ESP8266, can it be used to transfer data from one microcontroller to another which are spaced 50m standalone, since the description is WIFI module? What I need to make a wireless mesh network (hopping from one node to another). Last week I tested the HC-11 and strictly speaking did not give me the desired result....the signal was being lost after exceeding 20 meters. |
