loadable hex file
PostPosted: Tue Nov 11, 2014 9:34 am     Reply with quote

Hello,

XC8 has an option to make the hex output file "loadable" by organizing
the hex bytes into 16 bytes per line.

I see the PICC does not do this on the first couple lines. Is there an option to make this happen?

TIA

No.

A loadable hex file, is nothing to do with being 'organised 16 bytes per line'. It is an encapsulation that includes as a wrapper a project description for MPLAB.
