MPLABX shows all the commands of CCS in Error

I started a project with MPLABX and CCS - PCD compiler on Ubuntu 12.04. Kindly have a look at the attached image. All the CCS compiler commands are marked in red, and the project is not building. This is a sample application installed along with PCD.

All the commands like setup_adc_ports, setup_adc_channel are marked in red. So I am unable to compile the file. This is a sample file copied from installation directory

This error was due to non-registration of the compiler. After registration (copying .crg file) the issue was resolved.
