Does someone knows what chip has "full" compatibility with 16f1828 ?

What do you mean by "Full Compatibility"? And why are you looking for a similar chip? The closest one is the 16F1829 - it just has more memory. If you just need pin compatibility you can go back to the 16F690. This was one of my favorites until the 1829 came along. For me the biggest difference (When compared to the 690) is that the 1829 is faster, cheaper (by a few pennies) and has more memory. The only new peripherals I've used on it are the Data Signal Modulator and the extra timers.
