First attempt at SAM Speech
PostPosted: Fri Feb 14, 2014 12:56 am     Reply with quote

Hi guys, i've been working hard to get the code to convert to PIC24 from old C64 and Atari stuff...

its been fun and i've still got alot of work to do to improve overall quality of sound...

i know it might not sound quite the same... but.....

http://www.electronscape.co.uk/downloads/sam_hello_canyouhearme.mp3

I KNOW this is strictly no code: HOWEVER i DO intend to open the code up for general everyone...

from what i can see this is abandoned ware... if im not allowed to post it i will response to PM's for the code..

the code is written/converted to CCS C 4.130 for the PIC24HJ

the chip appears to be OVER POWERED, but the amount of memory currently needed is pretty large!

I want to THANK everyone who has helped explain the pit falls i've been having :(

Ttelmah has been a BIG help...
i'll write Greetz!

(i cant believe its working)
