Hello everyone,
I have a question in the example EX_FREQC.C, i don't understand how the 1 second delay is done, will someone please explain it to me?

It''s done by creating loops with well defined periods.

It's neither, portable to other PIC series, nor easy to adapt to other clock frequencies.

Do a search, you will find many better ways of doing the same task.
