Version 4.1.37 problems (Latest Version)

After loading the latest version, compiler generates wrong code for dsPIC30F6015, doesn't appear to work at all when target is loaded. Also, ICD debug features not working. ICD loads correctly and when run is hit, It appears to run, but doesn't. Single step stays at FFFF for PC and W. Anyone else have problems? I reloaded version 4.1.28 and program compiles and runs normally.
