A CCS port of the Microchip TCP/IP stack has been available on the software update pages for registered custormers. Apparently it hasn't been continued.

The version I know had been synchronized with the MCHP stack up to V3.75 (Aug 2006), which is considerably behind present V5.36 (Oct 2011). Some CCS users adapted the MCHP stack on their own.

I'm not presently using TCP/IP with 8- and 16-Bit PICs and didn't check the CCS implementation yet. I guess, you should be able to get the existing version from CCS or CCS users if you want to give it a try.

There are various threads at CCS forum related to detail problems of CCS TCP/IP implementations, it's reasonable to review them first.
