I have a pic programmer USB. I made a lot of PIC circuits with this programmer, but I programed a flashing LED in port A, and it does not work, I see that the LED stays on! ! And when I remove the quartz crystal, the LED stays on. When I change the led to another port B pin such that program is not flashing, then the LED does not light, or is this the problem is my pic programmer's working?
