Rtos statistics - higher clocks - issues

When running pic24hj with higher clock settings as ie. ~3.686M (maybe more) the stats.hns_per_tick shows always "1" and stats.task_min_ticks and stats.task_max_ticks show wrong values or overflow. With clock=3.686M it seems it works (ie. stats.hns_per_tick=43 and counters show ~expected values). Is that a bug or something else needs to be set properly? M.
