Vortex,
You need to read about getenv() in the CCS manual.

Most people on this forum do not want to read the manual to you.
You should download it and read it. Put it on your Windows desktop
for easy access:

or press F11 whle your project is open and the CCS onscreen HELP files will magically open up giving you TONS of neat information at the simple press of a button or a couple of mouse clicks....
