Two HID - One host
PostPosted: Fri Jan 20, 2012 1:12 pm     Reply with quote

Hello.

I am working on a project that requires 2 PIC HID devices connected to a single usb connector. Is it possible to connect together the signals D+ and D- both PICs with different PID?
The Windows program will also change the PID when it talks with a micro or other.

Best Regards

No.
You will need to add a USB hub chip. Once enumerated, USB is single source to single destination on each leg of the bus.

Best Wishes
