What is the formula to calculate the angle of accelerometer??
What is the code for the three-axis accelerometer in CCS??

formula depends upon type of sensor.analog,digital?
if analog..what is the sensitivity and FSR of the device.what signal conditioning between the sensor and the PIC.
Speed of the sensor ?

All of this is in the datasheet of the sensor from the manufacturer.

As for CCS C code you might try Google....seems there's a few thousand 'hits' about the device.....

Now if you supply me with 6 pieces of the device I'll be more than happy to cut a 'driver' for you.
