I am use the 24HJ256GP206A in my project and I compile a simple code of 926 bytes and the compiler tell me 1% used. Then the 100% is 94k ...

Why the datasheet say 256kb Flash and in the memory organization chapter say 88k ?

Can any help me?

It says 88k instructions, not bytes. PIC24 has 24-Bit instructions.
