New can-18xxx8.h file

The new can-18xxx8.h file which comes with the newest compiler version is not compatible with the PIC18F258.

The can_tbe() macro is not working.
Can this bug be confirmed and repaired?

By the newest version, do you mean vs. 4.121 ?

What was the version number of your older compiler that worked OK
with the 18F258 ?
