I can't see your get_long function so I cannot comment how it works!
So to check the rest of the code, I simply added

int16 x;
return(x);
} |
to the previous code and it complies properly.

Its same as long int you can also try with

okey..also same error..
when i enable

error get_long gone but error
undefined identifier putchar & getchar |
