Extracting Serial Data

Hi
I am now working with GSM modem. I want to read a number from the message format so that I can Reply to same number.
How can I read this from the serial data?
The Message format is
Code:

+CMT: "+919447108108",,"11/04/01,04:49:12+22"

But I am getting data from serial port as characters one by one ! There exists the problem

You can load it into an array as you receive it.
